Boy scout graduation

Micah and Coby had their graduation ceremony for Boys Scouts. Coby graduated from a Tiger Cub to a Wolf. Micah graduated from a Wolf to a Bear.

Austin ZOO

my little preschool class took a field trip to the Austin Zoo for our letter "Z" weel. It was tons of fun! I am completely in love with these precious kids!!

One of my favorite things about the day was that I got to spend it with my FUN friend, Terri (Twig). It was so great to hang out and catch up!

Happy Mother's Day, Momma!

What a blessing that you are not only my momma, but you are one of my best friends! Thank you for all you have done and continue to do for me and my family. We love you, Mimi!

I had a great mother's day surrounded with lots of loving and sweet notes, hugs and kisses. Clint let me sleep in and cooked breakfast and then when I woke up to get ready for church, the boys had written me a scavenger hunt which led me to lots of sweet notes and then Clint surprised me with this:

Way to go, honey!! LOVE it! Still trying to figure it out, but LOVE it!!
We went to church together and headed to mom and dad's for lunch and so fun pool time. Mom and I got to relax by the pool while the boys swam. Then we ended our day with a fun outing with some friends to the park for our HomeGroup.... A perfect day!

We went on our family retreat with our church this past weekend (more pics to come)... and Bryson caught his first fish! He was so funny about it. He asked if we could put it in our tank! :o) He didnt want to touch it (or for it to touch him) but he was excited to see it and watch daddy throw it back in...

What fun! We are already counting down the days til next year!!

Childrens Ark Open House

This past week was our Childrens ark open house where my preschool class performs for their parents. This year we were puppy dogs and they were so so cute!! I was directing the kiddos as they were singing so I left daddy in charge of the camera... arrgghh!! (ok, but in his defense, he had the other 3 boys and was trying to keep them still and quiet!) I will have to get pics from another mom who took them from the front! Cason is on the middle row, closest to the camera...

The evening was crazy, crazy, but somehow we got the opportunity to take a quick family pic... it wasnt planned, it just happened... thanks, Ms Jolene!

There are literally over 100 pictures to weed thru and crop, so I am just stopping in to wish everyone a Happy Easter from the Best gang! We wnet to visit GiGi & G-dad and Gran Gran in Jacksboro, so our weekend was filled with fun, food, and family... it was great! Hope you were surrounded by those you love as we celebrated the Resurrection of our Savior!

And what is a family photo session with out a "silly-pose?" :o) I promised my mom I would not make the cross-eyed look anymore because she said it "was just so unbecoming" (Notice, mom, I changed our header picture?!) How is this for "unbecoming?? Who knew that booger pickin was the new "silly?"

Happy Birthday, COBY!!

How on earth is my Coby 7 years old today?? Time flies! Coby brings such a special life to our family. He is my firecracker! He is the ham that keeps us laughing and the love that keeps us hugging. I sure love my Coby! I can hardly remember what life was like with out him!

Since his Birthday fell on a Sunday, we took him to get doughnuts for breakfast before church. Then he chose Diary Queen for lunch, and we headed home for some rest time for Bry. His party was at 3:oo at the bowling alley, and needless to say, he and his friends and family had a BLAST! We headed straight from there to our home group for church, so it was a busy, busy day, but lots of fun!
